THIS Mother’s Day, thousands of Australians will lace up their sneakers not just in celebration, but in solidarity to raise critical funds for research into breast and ovarian cancer.

In Shepparton, the community will gather at the picturesque Victoria Park Lake, joining over 85,000 participants nationwide in a shared purpose: to save lives. Every step taken on Sunday, May 11, will remind us that behind every diagnosis is someone’s mother, daughter, sister or friend.

The course at the lake on Sunday will follow the paths around the scenic lake and Yanha Gurtji River path.

Walkers commencing the 2km and 4km will head-off at 9.40am while those undertaking the 8Km run will begin at 9.30am.
