TEN lucky locals have each won a $250 Visa debit card, courtesy of GMCU, as the GMCU $25,000 Giveaway reaches its fourth week. The Giveaway is now past the halfway milestone, with only three weeks until we draw the main $5,000 prize.
Thomas Harrison’s winning purchase was at Degani Shepparton.
“What a surprise. I’m very excited; I keep entering all the time,” Thomas said. “I really wanted to win. I’m putting it towards a MacBook. It’s great that a couple of participating businesses sell them. I’ll keep entering.”
Gail Thompson, who shopped at The Main Course Butchery, said she was in shock when she got the call from The Adviser to notify her of her win.
“Oh thank you, this has made my day,” Gail said. “I would like a nice top and clothing.”
Julie Hunter’s winning entry was from Pinch of Salt and she plans to use some of the prize to buy a new pair of boots.
“My luck is changing!” she said. “It pays to enter, it’s so worth it.”
Stephanie Demase has won after shopping at traffik.
“Wow, I’ve never won,” she said. “How cool. I think I’ll buy more clothes.”
Trelly’s Outdoors range of YETI products secured another winner, with Week Four winner Noah Brodie entering there.
