EOFY SALE ON NOW... Extreme Saw Sharpening Services in Cobram provide heaps of services to keep your tools at their best, as well as a sale on floor stock until the end of financial year (EOFY). Photo: Supplied.

ANY good tradesman knows that you’re only as good as the tools you are using. Therefore, keeping them in good working condition is crucial. Tools like saws and chainsaws become blunt and their cutting edges need to be sharpened by a professional.

If you find your tools aren’t up to scratch, you should pay business owner and saw doctor, Mark Dingey of Extreme Saw Sharpening Service in Cobram a visit.

“It’s always best to keep everything in serviceable condition to get the best out of the object you’re working with, the longest life, and to stay safe,” he said.

Mark has 14 years of experience, and since opening 12 months ago, Extreme Saw Sharpening Service has continued to grow and now operates from a new location on the Murray Valley Highway.

“It has been great being in the new store. We’ve had more exposure being on the highway and we can stock twice as much in the showroom than before,” said Mark. “Next year I’d like to take on an apprentice and teach someone to be a saw doctor. There aren’t many left!”

Services include saw sharpening, mower, and chainsaw servicing. They sell circular saws, Australian-made oils for equipment, and they are a local dealer for Bushranger equipment. Shop in-store before June 30 and receive 15 percent off new products.

Visit Mark at 3697 Murray Valley Highway, Cobram. Head to their Facebook page for more information, www.facebook.com/Extremesaws/
