COMPLIMENTARY timed parking in the Shepparton CBD has finished. Residents are being reminded they must now pay for on-street parking in Shepparton or risk being fined by parking officers. Council is preparing a report which will consider whether additional complimentary parking periods can be offered in the Council budget.
