The Rotary Club of Shepparton presented its bi-annual Police Award at the Pepper Mill on Tuesday, May 19. Detective Senior Constable Scott Begbie won the award, edging out fellow nominee, Constable Emma Rogers.
The award is in recognition of community service in the job, with candidates nominated by their peers, and was Judged by Prue Dobson, Sam Renato and Peter Johnson.
