ANGLICAN Schools Commission (ASC) has appointed Australian construction company Hansen Yuncken to build stage one of All Saints Anglican School in Shepparton, with works getting underway in late February.

The national construction company has 100 years of experience delivering projects in regional Victoria.

The $24M dollar stage one build will include 13 classrooms and five specialist learning areas for music, science, art, hospitality and design and technology. A school administration block, library and school canteen.

Outdoor facilities will follow the structural build and will comprise a rectangular playing field, basketball/netball court, playgrounds as well as outdoor areas for students. There will also be a car park, school drop-off zone for families, and multiple bays for school buses.

Stage one of All Saints Anglican School in Shepparton will be jointly funded by ASC and the Victorian Government.

With the school officially to open in 2024, ASC CEO, the Reverend Peter Laurence OAM, said the ASC were delighted to have appointed builders with a national reputation and local Shepparton knowledge.

“Planning for All Saints Anglican School has been underway for some time, and it will be exciting to see those plans come to fruition during 2023.

“We have had a strong interest in enrolments for the school and we can’t wait to deliver stage one ready for our foundation students next year,” Reverend Laurence said.

All Saints Anglican School will open in 2024 as a Prep to Year 7 school, expanding to Year 12 by 2029.
