SpaceX’S Starlink satellite system was filmed flying over Greater Shepparton by a Toolamba resident, who sent in a video to the Adviser. Starlink is a satellite internet constellation operated by Starlink Services, LLC, an international telecommunications provider.
SpaceX began launching Starlink satellites in 2019. As of May 2025, the constellation consists of over 7,600 mass-produced satellites in low Earth orbit.
