TAKING a stroll around Kyabram, I noticed at how the town has grown in recent years, but it still maintains that country town relaxed friendly place to shop and visit.

Ajes Shoes and clothing are having a fabulous sale for the rest of June with big discounts off popular brands, EOS, Threadz, Alfie and Evie, Elm and more in store. If you are wanting new boots, runners, shoes, or new clothes, it is well worth dropping in.

I could have spent hours in Open House, the baby section had the most gorgeous clothing, and the large variety of gift and home/kitchenware’s will not disappoint. I wandered through the store admiring the throw rugs and matching décor pieces and the impressive range of leather bags and wallets.

Walking into Ky Lucky Lotto, straight away my eyes were drawn to the walls of Lego, games and puzzles available. If you want to keep your children (or yourself) entertained for hours in this chilly weather, Miles has a vast range to choose from for all ages.

Stephen and Claire at Kyabram News Agency, stock a vast range of books and magazines which are perfect for a cold winter day, curled up in your favorite chair reading when you have the opportunity to.

If you are wanting an outdoor activity, take friends or family and visit the Kyabram Fauna Park, now officially accredited as a zoo. Get up close and personal with our native animals. Free-ranging kangaroos, emus, and wallabies as well as enclosures featuring echidna, wombats, koalas, dingoes, native birds, flying foxes, quolls and reptiles. It is well worth the visit.
