Term 3 activities at beloved community centre

AT their a purpose-built $4M modern facility on Archer Street, South Shepparton Community Centre is offering an exciting array of classes and information sessions to suit many members of our community in Term 3.

Providing social support, adult education, health and wellbeing activities, community services and referrals that meet the diverse needs of groups and individuals in our community, the centre is a hub for attendees to drop in for a cuppa and chat as well as gain skills to help them in their daily lives or learn a new hobby.

In the art and craft sector for Term 3 there is a creativity class, crochet class, mosaic class and more. Information technology sessions cover personalisation of android devices, ipad/iphone assistance, Facebook and Zoom 101 sessions and a 10-week basic computer course, just to name a few.

For those looking for something more social, there are community connection sessions on Thursdays at 12pm, BBQ & Chit Chat on Monday’s at 11:30am and the Op Shop is open on weekdays from 9:00am-2:30pm so you can shop up a storm.

Within the centre, you’ll find a welcoming and inclusive space for people young and old, from all backgrounds and walks of life. Enjoy events, education programs, courses, food for those in need, encouragement and more as you connect with people from the community.
