WHEN selecting a NDIS provider, with so many options, it is important to consider not only their services, but the team who is delivering support.
Headed up by Belinda Davies, a behavioural practitioner who has worked in community services for five years, 360 Health Management (360HM) opened in Shepparton because Belinda saw a local support gap that was not being filled.
“I want to make a difference for those in the disability community, by showing everyone kindness and respect at all times,” she said.
Participants drive the team’s passion at 360HM. From coordination, administration, to delivery of services.
Receptionist and admin team member Michelle says the most rewarding part of her job is meeting the participants.
“I enjoy seeing a smile on participants faces and helping them all achieve their goals, wants and needs,” said senior group leader, Sally.
Amy, coordination team leader, said “I’ve worked in community services for most of my adult life and have been with 360 Health Management for 18 months. I enjoy seeing the participants flourish and become more independent!”

Participants will be welcomed and benefit from their wide range of services at 360HM, including in-home support, group programs, behavioural therapies, and more.
