SHEPPARTON Table Tennis Association (STTA) held the 2024 Shepparton Veteran Table Tennis Tournament on Sunday, November 3 at the Shepparton Sports Stadium.
The one-day event is STTA’s biggest event of their calendar year and is part of the State Table Tennis Circuit contributing state representation. Competitors ranged from over 30 and up, competing across 24 grades.

“It was great to see the Shepparton Veterans Tournament running in full swing again this year. There were a lot of new faces to the tournament this year and it was a great atmosphere to play in with over 75 players,” said STTA member Josh Lee.
“Congratulations to the many winners of the day with exceptionally hard-fought matches and a great demonstration of table tennis talent.
“A huge thank you to those who helped to set up and pack up for the tournament. Every little bit helped. Acknowledgment also to Table Tennis Victoria and the officials as well as Claire Montgomery for making sure it all ran smoothly. We are looking forwards to a bigger and better tournament next year.”
