A message from Mikaela Stafrace, Founder and CEO of WomenCAN Australia
Hello, and what a delight it is for me to let you know that in the coming ten weeks, WomenCAN Australia has teamed with The Adviser to give you with potentially crucial information for the women of Shepparton and the region.
WCA helps women on the path to financial independence by collaborating with local training organisations and employers to provide free training and then employment.
The key to these women’s success is our unique, research-based peer support network, The Placement Circle, where we walk alongside you every step of the way.
This support is so vital; many of the women might not have English as their first language, so navigating the system can be daunting. And a lot of the women may have been out of the workforce caring for others.
We give them confidence, connections, and certified skills. Over the next few months, we’ll detail in ads and editorials the opportunities we’re preparing in childcare for early next year, as well as the continuation of the aged care program we’ve been running in regional Victoria. You can find out more about WCA here: WomenCAN Australia | Charity | Employment and Training.
Thanks for taking the time to read this,
Mikaela Stafrace, Founder and CEO
