FOLLOWING the success of a film event held in October last year that helped raised funds for a patient bed lifter and blood pressure machine, the GV Health Extended Care Auxiliary is once again holding a special film event.

The funds raised will help to go toward GV Health’s Grutzner House and Mary Coram wings, making it the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. You and your mum can sit back and enjoy a screening of ‘The Wife,’ starring Oscar nominated Glen Close at Village Cinemas Shepparton on Thursday, May 9.

There will be a box lunch at 12 noon, with the film starting at 1pm.

Tickets are $25 and raffle tickets are $1. Tickets are available at Mimma’s Hairdressing, Wyndham Mall or by phone on 5831 8220 or from members and Lolene James by phoning 5821 9182.
