SIXTY members of the wider community are set to take to the cricket pitch next week to take part in the All Abilities Cricket 2019 GV Harmony Cup Invitational.

The event, which will be held on Wednesday, February 27 from 10am at Princess Park will also see the Melbourne Renegades bring their truck, and spectators will have the chance to enter a raffle to win a cricket bat. There will also be a GV Water hydration station and the Rotary Club of Shepparton South will be hosting a barbeque.

Connect GV manager of future directions, Treena Best said, “This is the first time we have had a team based format with a round robin.

“There will be 10 players on each of the six teams, and all are eager to get their cricket gear on for the match.”
