THERE are countless ways to keep your body exercised, fit and toned, and the recently relocated Peak Physique Sport Aerobic classes offer a great chance to learn a new athletic skill for team or club based aerobics. Their new space is conveniently located close to town at 147/149 High Street Shepparton and offers upgraded services.

Participants pick their favourite music and can design their own leotards. You don’t have to compete, however, the club has received several accolades over the years, including first place award at the 2018 School Aerobics National Championships.

Classes are offered by Emma O’Keeffe, Sean Reynolds and Daniel Johnson to help learn the sport as well keep you energised and socialised.

Peak Physique Sport Aerobic coach, Emma O’Keeffe said, “I have been in the sport for 17 years, commencing my journey at Goulburn Valley Grammar and I have won state championships, national championships and world championships. Recently, I qualified for the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF) World Championships in the Netherlands.

“Sports aerobics is an excellent way to feel energised and provides an amazing and encouraging team environment for teenagers to socialise and build confidence.

“We also offer cheerleading classes as a new treat to Peak Physique.”
