SHEPPARTON has come alive this week with art, creativity, community and culture with the official commencement of the 23rd annual Shepparton Festival taking place over the weekend.
To celebrate, The Adviser along with Lost Shepparton and the Shepparton Heritage Centre are looking back at many of the great parades, parties, galas and festivals that have coloured the Goulburn Valley over the years.
