ACROSS Australia, universities are gearing up for the new year, with applications for 2020 university education now open.

Full time and part time study options are available at Shepparton’s La Trobe campus in the Bachelor of Educational Studies, Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education, Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Arts, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Bachelor of Business (Agribusiness), Diploma in Business, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Human Services and Master of Social Work.

Postgraduate options are also available for those with a relevant existing degree or managerial experience – such as a Master of Business Administration.

By choosing La Trobe, students will study at a university ranked in the top 1.2 percent worldwide. Students will be able to hone their skills in internships and placements and learn from ground-breaking researchers, industry leaders and experts.

La Trobe University’s marketing and engagement advisor, Kristina Marko said, “The suite of courses available at the Shepparton campus to students in the Goulburn Valley has grown significantly in recent years. Our programs offer flexibility through blended learning, including face to face, online and block mode delivery.”

For those who are returning to study after work or raising a family – or those who need a pathway into university education – La Trobe University offers a one-year Diploma in Business or Arts, as well as the Tertiary Preparation Program.

“Now is the time to apply for tertiary study in 2020. Applications can be made directly to the university through our website. We take previous study, relevant work or community experience, and a student’s motivation for commencing the course as part of the application process,” Ms Marko said.

The Shepparton campus team is dedicated to assisting students with every facet of university life: from application all the way through to enrolment.

La Trobe’s one-on-one consultations are designed to hone in on an applicant’s objectives and provide practical guidance about study options. To schedule a chat at La Trobe’s Shepparton campus, visit www.latrobe.edu.au/choose
