THIS week, Nevin Lenne Gross (NLG) is celebrating the success of another of their lawyers achieving accreditation as a specialist.

Last week, the Law Institute of Victoria notified associate lawyer, Rebecca Carne that she has been accredited as a specialist in wills and estates. She will be the only wills and estates accredited specialist in the northeast region and one of just a few in the Goulburn Valley.

Rebecca joins an elite group of NLG lawyers who have gained specialist accreditation, including NLG’s principal, Helen Collins and consultant, Peter Lenne (both are personal injury law accredited specialists).

Regarding her accreditation, Rebecca said, “I pride myself in being able to provide clients with clear and practical advice in difficult times. My specialist accreditation assures clients that I have a thorough understanding of complex issues surrounding estates planning and contested estate matters.

“To be able to provide specialist advice in the Goulburn Valley and northeast Victoria is exciting.”

Rebecca prepares high quality wills, attends to probate on deceased estates, and represents clients in will disputes.

An appointment to attend upon a Nevin Lenne Gross accredited specialist can be made by dropping into their office at 361 Wyndham Street, Shepparton, phoning 5822 1436 or visiting www.nlgsolicitors.com.au
