LAST year, local woman Bianca Moulton received a huge boost when she won the GMCU’s giveaway grand prize of $5000.
Having won from shopping at Fairley’s SUPA IGA, the stunned Bianca said upon winning the grand sum, “That is amazing, awesome, fantastic. I just had my tonsils out so I can’t yell. I bought a lot of ice cream over the past week. I can’t believe it, I’ve won $5,000!
“It was a complete shock – You never think you will win and when the call came, I thought I had just won a $100 voucher, not the big prize,” said Bianca.
Putting most of the money towards upgrading household items that were well overdue, Bianca also spent some of her fortune on a couple of little pampering treats for herself and her family.
“It helped so much being able to replace things which I had been putting off for so long,” said Bianca.
When asked if she would be entering the giveaway again this year, Bianca said, “Absolutely! And I encourage everyone to enter too!”
