ARE you a small business looking for a creative rental space? Well, right now, there is a unique opportunity for a new or existing business to have their very own individual workspace, in a light industrial shed at the Shepparton Business Centre.

This 90 square meter space boasts natural light with front and back entrances, including two roller doors and is one of six industrial sheds at the location. The onsite facilities also include security cameras, 24-hour access to both the main building and the workspace, tearooms, onsite free parking, toilets, use of office equipment and, get this, you won’t pay any electricity or power bills.

“The Business Centre is host to a range of different industries creating an exciting and diverse environment for tenants to operate. This is a wonderful opportunity for a small business starting out and looking to grow their business in a professional, supportive environment,” said Greater Shepparton Business Centre business development co-ordinator, Jenna Hearn.

The Business Centre also hires out other spaces within the centre including training and meeting rooms, a boardroom and a variety of casual hire spaces.
