Tools Down manager, Michelle Honey, said the takeaway coffee shop is doing extremely well for a new business, which has benefitted from the experienced staff, and their collective passion for customer service and great food.
“People are always looking for somewhere different to eat in Shepparton and being takeaway, we try to make it a nice experience that customers can sit down with their food and a cup of coffee.”
“Everything is always oversized because your tradies want to eat big, but they also want to eat healthily,” said Michelle. “We have lots of options like overnight oats with protein, fresh yoghurts and freshly squeezed juices, salads, and more.”
Tools Down Coffee Hub is expanding their seating area, and from next week will offer a new partially enclosed area, perfect for anyone and everyone calling in for breaky, smoko or lunch.
The new area can seat approximately 30 people. Local artist, Tank, has painted ‘tools themed’ graffiti on the walls and hanging plants and wisteria will grow over the courtyard to create a tranquil escape.
“Come out and have a look and try our food and locally roasted coffee, we are so proud of it. We have been here for 12 months and we’re always trying to add something different to the menu and cater for all dietary requirements,” said Michelle.
