Free family fun day

LEARN about what emergency services do to help keep you and your community safe. The Emergency Services Expo and Family Fun Day, happening this weekend, will showcase the role of emergency services and how residents can prepare themselves for an emergency situation.

Members from Police, Ambulance, Fire Services, State Emergency Services (SES), as well as Maritime Safety Victoria and Victorian Fisheries Authority will be present on the day. A range of demonstrations will be conducted, such as a fire truck and a police car show. It will be a fun activity for everyone.

There will also be a sausage sizzle, giveaways for the kids, free face painting, and much more to keep the whole family entertained.

Kids are welcome to dress up as their favourite emergency service. There will be giveaways for the kids, as well as free face painting, a BBQ and drink available (Halal and vegan options are also available).

Entry is free and all ages are invited to come along to St Paul’s Africa House (54 Poplar Road, Shepparton), Saturday, October 15, between 10am-3pm to take part.
