Yoga, hot yoga and meditation classes will also be new additions at Fix as well as the introduction of its Flex Fix program which will enable clients to book the clinic’s facilities throughout the day for personal usage, much like a gym.
For all new members signing up for casual or class passes before January 1, a free one-on-one session with a qualified exercise physiologist will also be on offer to provide individual assessment as well as tailored personal programs.
