An Easter tradition

ENJOY a day out in historic Rushworth on Easter Saturday, April 8, at the Rushworth Easter Heritage Festival.

From 8.30am until 2.00pm, there will be entertainment for the whole family. Market stalls, live music, food vans, an Easter egg hunt, giant crocodile maze, petting zoo, face painting, art exhibitions, live music and so much more can be enjoyed on the day.

The festival will also conclude with a huge parade through the centre of town featuring the Easter Bunny, vintage steam engines, the SES, fire brigade, vintage cars, trucks, motor bikes and a whole lot more for the family to marvel at and enjoy.

Those wanting to show off their Easter Bonnet creations can enter the Easter Bonnet Parade and/or show off their dog in the Dog Show, with prizes to be won for both.

Rushworth’s local tourist attractions and shops will also be open and full of bargains for the savvy shopper.
