SHEPPARTON’S local community is rallying behind Maxine Gee, who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) four months ago. Despite the debilitating disease affecting her speech and diet, Maxine’s spirit remains unbroken, her smile as radiant as ever.

In an effort to support Maxine, a fundraising event is set to take place at the Peppermill Hotel on Goulburn Valley Highway in Kialla on December 3, 2023. The event, from 2-5pm, will feature an afternoon of live entertainment, an auction, raffle, and a lucky door prize, all for an entrance fee of $10.
