TELSTRA customers should be aware of upcoming service disruptions affecting the Shepparton CBD area, scheduled from Monday, February 5 to Saturday, February 10.
During this period, Telstra’s mobile tower in the area will be temporarily switched off during the day to allow for necessary third-party maintenance. As a result, Telstra’s mobile coverage will be temporarily reduced in the Shepparton CBD. The tower will be turned back on during the evening.
These scheduled works seek to improve mobile service in Shepparton, ultimately ensuring that Telstra customers have access to improved and more reliable mobile connectivity after the works are carried out.
