“Tina Turner is universally loved – everyone young and old knows her music and there’s so many really energetic, upbeat rock and soul tracks that are the epitome of a good time, so we wanted to make the effort and give as many people as possible a chance to see this show, it’s really that great,” said director and producer, Johnny Van Grinsven.
The concert format features two hours of back-to-back Tina Turner hits from the 60, 70s, 80s and 90s, all performed live on stage, including (Simply) The Best, What’s Love Got to Do with It, River Deep Mountain High, We Don’t Need Another Hero, Nutbush City Limits, Proud Mary, Private Dancer and more.
