Tom joins the firm, taking over for founder Bruce Mactier, to extend the Shepparton business’s reach all the way out to Geelong, bringing the teams expertise in commercial design to a new market.

Having over two decades experience in building design, from his first job as a draftsperson, to being a managing director, and working across Australia and the UK, there is no doubt Tom is the person for the job. With the Shepparton office six months into the process of bringing their know-how down to the coast, Tom is optimistic about the team. “We can handle anything from a decking to a basketball stadium.”
Despite the big changes, their approach to their work and their customer stays the same as always. “I think it’s the same no matter where you go, really, it’s making sure that you provide a good service in a timely manner,” said Tom. “A lot of clients that are coming back to us. The fact that occurs shows that we are trustworthy and established in what we do.”
