CONSTRUCTION has begun on a new clubhouse at Springtree Yarrawonga, following a sod-turning ceremony.
The clubhouse is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027 and will provide additional recreational and social facilities for residents.
Plans include an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, lounge and dining areas, bar and kitchen, games areas and an outdoor pickleball court.
Springtree Co-CEO David Laing said the clubhouse would provide a central place for residents to meet and take part in activities.
The construction follows the recent completion of the community’s bowling green, barbecue area and pavilion.
The new facilities are expected to expand the recreational options available to residents as Springtree Yarrawonga continues to develop.
