WE LISTEN will again hold its Mental Health Walk on Saturday, November 22, at Victoria Park Lake, Shepparton. This year, they are doing it a little differently. This year, WE LISTEN is raising money for the Pollymay Fundraiser.
Mooroopna local Pollymay, has been diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia and has required extensive treatment at the Royal Children’s Hospital. Pollymay and her mother have been at the Royal Children’s Hospital since Pollymay was airlifted by air ambulance on 10 April 2026.

Polly’s family was also dealing with the devastating loss of her older sister.
The family has been dealing with the grief associated with the loss of their daughter while simultaneously facing the uncertainty, stress and emotional and financial pressures associated with their young daughter’s serious illness and ongoing treatment, which is why WE LISTEN hopes people can come and support Polly and her family in November.
WE LISTEN Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Walk and Pollymay Family Day will be held at Victoria Park Lake on Saturday, November 22, from 12pm to 4pm.
