For a small family company in Shepparton that has been in business for 55 years, people are still surprised at learning the extent of the services they offer.

John Dickson, the manager of Dicksons Refrigeration and Air-conditioning said, “We might have been fixing someone’s washing machines for 40 years and they then realise we do air-conditioners as well.”

With the state of the world as it is and a drive towards a cleaner greener environment, a lot of the work Dickson Refrigeration and Air-conditioning does is in transition as the community moves towards more energy efficiency in their requirements for air-conditioning and refrigeration needs and require upgrades.

John Dicksons’ parents started the company which now spans three generations which has recently joined Grosvenor Engineering Group, a national company based in Sydney. The move offers the firm national purchasing power while expanding on the range of refrigeration and air-conditioning services they can offer to the public.

The range of products is extensive and encompasses all the major refrigeration and air-conditioning brands on the market.

Dicksons attend to both residential and commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration installation and maintenance with their origins installing and servicing milk vats for dairy farmers.

Dicksons Refrigeration and Air-conditioning are located at 55-57 Longstaff St, Shepparton and can be contacted on 5821 2906 or by email admin@dicksonsrefrigeration.com.au
