“We’ve always been a service orientated business,” said co-owner Dean Jones, “We make sure that we look after our customer base because at the end of the day it’s about the relationships you build. We’ve been in this business for 30 years, growing and diversifying our service and our product offering by being responsive to our customers’ needs. If they’ve got a job to do, then we react to that; as our customers grow, we grow with them, and that’s why we have always put service first. It’s the core of what we do.”

With counter trade at the Shepparton branch central to the bustling business, Ultimate Fasteners takes its exemplary service on the road with its dedicated sales reps, hand delivering equipment and expert advice across the state, bolstered by its courier system which runs out of Shepparton daily.

“We go as far as Seymour in the south and up to Deniliquin in the north, across to Swan Hill, Echuca and Rochester. We cover a pretty big area that also includes Numurkah, Tocumwal and Cobram as well as Benalla, Euroa and Nagambie and loads of townships in between,” Dean said.

“We believe we go far and beyond the norm and sometimes you have to step outside the square to make things happen and we do that,” added co-owner, Mark Shanahan.
