Seniors Forum coming to Eureka Villages Shepparton!
CREATING flourishing communities where seniors can thrive is a top priority at Eureka Villages. The Shepparton village features less than 70 beautifully designed rental units, purpose-built for the comfort and safety of residents.
Eureka Villages offers independent living for seniors in a community-oriented environment, featuring one-bedroom unfurnished units, daily delicious home-style meals, village manager, well-maintained landscaped surrounds, pet-friendly policies, a secure gated complex, and hassle-free rentals with no buy-in.
Village manger Jodie Garner and residents invite you to experience it firsthand. A village tour provides the perfect opportunity to meet Jodie, ask questions, and gain insights if you are considering the next step.
“Residents enjoy the freedom and flexibility of renting where they not only feel safe and secure, but also feel a strong sense of belonging,” said Ms Garner. “There are no complex contracts and no exit fees, just a simple Residential Tenancy Agreement, providing members of our community aged over 55, with an affordable alternative to traditional buy-in villages.”
A vibrant social program is at the heart of village life, providing activities such as bingo, pool competitions, and craft sessions in the community room, a true extension of residents’ homes.
To celebrate Seniors Month, Eureka Villages Shepparton is hosting a Seniors Forum on Thursday, October 17, 9-11am featuring a great range of local service providers and community groups. This event will offer valuable insights into available resources for seniors and members of the community – all welcome.
Interested individuals are encouraged to schedule a tour to meet Jodie by calling 1800 356 818 or come along to the Seniors Forum to connect with Eureka Villages and local support providers.
