ACROSS the Tasman Sea, the New Zealand Government have rolled out their own vaccine bus program, inspired by GV Health’s Jabba the Bus.

Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern announced a ‘Mr Whippy-style’ mobile vaccination clinic made to reach communities with low vaccination rates or those that have access issues to current vaccination centres.

The New Zealand Government have planned a fleet of fitted out buses, which started their service last week in Auckland.

Jacinda Adern said, “In Australia, they’ve started operating something similar and have named the mobile outreach clinics Jabba the Bus.” Ms Ardern joked, “I’m sure that we can do better.”

“I’ll leave it in the hands of creative New Zealanders. I know when you’ve seen challenges like this put out, you see enormous amounts of creativity.

“But I think ‘Bussy McBusface’ is probably already a given. Let’s rule out ‘Bussy McBusface’ right from the beginning.”
Some other frontrunners were Double Jab Ute, and the Jabbin’ Wagon.
