Avoid ticket scalping

RIVERLINKS would like to remind the community to purchase their tickets through authorised channels to avoid any complications.
Unfortunately, if you present a scalped ticket to any venue, including Riverlinks, this is a breach of terms and conditions and may lead to the ticket holder being denied entry to the event. If the show is cancelled, the ticket holder will not get a refund.

Riverlinks venues manager Ken Cameron said members of the public should only purchase tickets from the authorised ticket seller, which in the case of Riverlinks shows is usually Riverlinks itself.

“At Riverlinks we love bringing people together for fun memorable experiences, so it’s important that you’re getting what you’ve paid for when it comes to your tickets and having a memorable experience for all the right reasons,” Mr Cameron said.

“It’s upsetting to see customers getting scammed through resale ticket markets. High profile shows tend to be the ones that are targeted the most by ticket scalpers and our team tries to help patrons where we can in those situations. We urge everyone planning on attending a Riverlinks Venue show to book through Riverlinks either via our website or through our Box Office direct.”

The Riverlinks Box Office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4.30pm for in-person bookings, 10am to 5pm for phone bookings on 03 5832 9511 and online at all times.
