RECOGNISING businesses that deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the local economy is an important part of celebrating Greater Shepparton’s business community.
Nominations are currently open for the Excellence in Customer Service: Retail/Hospitality Services and Excellence in Business: Retail Services categories in the 2026 Greater Shepparton Business Excellence Awards, proudly brought to you by Shepparton Club Inc., with nominations closing August 23.
Harvey Norman Shepparton proudly sponsors both categories, giving customers and businesses an opportunity to recognise outstanding retail and hospitality businesses across the region.
“Retail and hospitality businesses are at the heart of our local community, creating jobs, supporting other local businesses and providing the experiences and service that keep people coming back,” said Andrew Mackie, Furniture Proprietor at Harvey Norman Shepparton.
“It’s locals supporting locals, with five individual local businesses under one roof, including myself and the other proprietors Chris Facer (Electrical), Zac Woolfield (Computers), Andrew Foley (Bedding) and Safayet Gaznabi (Flooring).
“We are proud to recognise businesses with outstanding customer service and to sponsor these awards because it’s important to recognise the businesses and people who go above and beyond every day.
“We encourage businesses to nominate themselves, and customers to nominate a business that has made a lasting impression through exceptional service.”
Several finalists in both categories have recently been announced, with nominations remaining open until August 23.
