Co-founders Michael Lewis and Peter Mintern have more than 50 years’ combined experience in the building, property, infrastructure and engineering sectors. Together with director Russell Allen, who has over 40 years’ experience in accounting, they form a team of forward-thinking professionals who share a passion for creating communities designed for living.

Mr Lewis said Shepparton still had significant scope for growth and the key was to ensure there was enough zoned land available providing a variety of housing options and opportunities for business to establish, develop and grow. Shortage of zoned land in regional Victoria has been a main driver increasing in the cost of housing overall.
Ensuring sufficient zoned land enables competition which keeps a lid on affordability. Shepparton currently has a significant shortage of zoned residential, commercial and industrial land.
