AS The Adviser goes to press, there’s still no date for the Federal Election, yet local candidates are well and truly on the campaign trail.
Candidates, in alphabetical order, One Nation’s Rikkie-Lee Tyrrell, United Australia Party’s Robert Peterson, Independent candidate Rob Priestly, the National Party’s Sam Birrell and the Liberal Party’s Steve Brooks, will speak at a forum hosted by the Committee for Greater Shepparton this month.
Nicholls voters should not miss this important opportunity to learn more about federal representatives while they are gathered in the City of Greater Shepparton.
There will be more details closer to the event that is scheduled for Tuesday, April 26. The forum will start at 5.30pm at Eastbank, 70 Welsford Street, Shepparton.
