“New technology comes mainly through industry groups,” said Mark, having recently returned from the Security Exhibition & Conference in Sydney.
“It is here that manufacturers get together and showcase their latest products. We normally come away from these conventions with three or four really good ideas and we aim to implement these in our business over the next 12 months before the next convention.”
