INCREASING digitisation has forced businesses to evolve. Now more than ever, it is crucial to have fast, secure, and reliable internet connection.

Eligible businesses can now access the nbn’s fastest business grade broadband at similar wholesale prices as those in major cities. Initially announced as part of a $700M investment in 2020, and launched locally earlier this year, ‘Enterprise Ethernet’ is making business grade fibre accessible and affordable for more businesses in regional Australia.

“Businesses are increasingly using business nbn Enterprise Ethernet to support cloud-based business operations, remote file storage, content hosting, unified communications, large file distribution, and to connect head office locations,” said a nbn spokesperson.

Local nbn team members will be in Shepparton on July 12 and 13 to answer questions and help businesses understand available technology and how to connect. Come along to any of the following free sessions to learn more.

Tuesday, July 12 – 7.30am to 9am: Shepparton Chamber of Commerce business breakfast, discussing cyber security trends for small business at The Carrington, 505 Wyndham St, Shepparton.

10am to 12pm: Business drop in at The Atrium, Quality Hotel Parklake, 481 Wyndham Street, Shepparton.

WEDNESDAY, July 13 – 12 to 2pm: Cracking your digital capability business lunch with the Committee for Greater Shepparton, at the Museum of Vehicle Evolution, 7723 Goulburn Valley Highway, Kialla.
