There is nothing like a ravenous appetite gained from enjoying the great outdoors, so when it comes to making a quick and hearty camp meal you can’t go wrong with a deliciously easy Bacon and Cheese Pull-apart.

Ingredients

14 dinner rolls (thawed, still cold)

1/4 cup melted butter

8 strips of cooked bacon (break into small pieces)

2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)

Method

Cut thawed, but cold rolls in half. Pour melted butter into 12-inch Dutch oven.

Roll the dinner rolls in the butter, giving them a nice coating and arrange inside the oven.

Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with bacon and cheese, using as little or as much as you like.

Cover the Dutch over with the lid and allow the rolls to rise, doubling in size.

Once the rolls have risen bake them for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.

When finished, remove from the heat and enjoy your scrumptiously cheesy camp meal.
