Two such long term, standout employees are Anthony Clarke, the man behind the scenes in sales and dispatch for over eleven years and sales representative Tony Andronaco who has been taking the company to the road, meeting customers all over the state for eight years.
With an experienced team of professionals in accounts and administration, skilled and efficient co-workers in inwards and outwards goods, dispatch and deliveries as well as knowledgeable and friendly sales assistants, it’s easy to see why Ultimate Fasteners has not only grown rapidly in a short time, but why it is has earned a name for itself for providing exceptional customer service.
The hardworking and dedicated leadership of assistant manager Grant Casey is replicated in co-owners Mark Shanahan and Dean Jones who are clearly highly regarded by their staff, if the profusion of positive, good-humoured comments are anything to go by.
