EXPERIENCED operators who are able to provide an outstanding food, beverage and function experiences are invited to submit their expressions of interest to offer their services at SAM Café, situated in the new Shepparton Art Museum building on the banks of Victoria Park Lake.
“We are looking to partner with a provider who is ready to welcome visitors to the new SAM Building and complement our Museum experience with exceptional food, coffee and service,” said Shepparton Art Museum business manager, Andrew Gooley.
“The SAM Café is a fantastic opportunity for an operator to be part of this exciting new landmark in Shepparton.”
Operations will include the SAM level 1 café, the level 4 bar and terrace and function area catering for corporate events, exhibition openings, internal catering and private/special events, such as weddings.
“The successful provider will partner with SAM to provide hospitality services across the site for guests, visitors, and the community of Greater Shepparton and will be an integral part of the visitor experience and success of SAM,” said Mr Gooley.

The Greater Shepparton City Council is currently operating the Café as a placeholder until an ongoing proprietor is selected.
