During the Family Fun Weekend, visitors of all ages can enjoy face painting, jumping castles, and airbrush tattoos. Additionally, there will be a supersized schedule of keeper talks where attendees can learn more about the park’s resident wildlife. These talks provide an opportunity to discover fascinating information about the animals from the knowledgeable keepers who care for them, including such topics as communication among Tasmanian devils, creating stimulating environments for reptiles, and the favourite food of the park’s Cassowaries.

The Kyabram Fauna Park is spread across 55 hectares of parkland and wetlands, housing a diverse range of animals including Tasmanian devils, quolls, dingoes, koalas, kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, emus, and southern cassowaries. The park recently introduced a purpose-built Reptile Habitat and is also home to a group of meerkats.

Located just a 30-minute drive from Shepparton or Echuca, and approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne, the Kyabram Fauna Park is easily accessible. The park opens from 10 am to 5 pm every day, while the Family Fun events will take place from 10 am to 3 pm during the weekend.

Entry tickets can be brought at Kyabram Fauna Park front entrance and Zoos Victoria members visit free. For more information, visit zoo.org.au/kyabram/whats-on/events/family-fun-weekend/
