AFTER summer school holidays filled with fun activities for the kids, now is the chance to take some time for yourself and focus on your own health and wellbeing.

Greater Shepparton Council’s Activities in the Park is all about focusing on self-care and a healthy mind and body throughout February.
The following classes will be lead by some of the best health and wellbeing role models in our community:

  • Deep Water Running at the Tatura Pool
  • Water Aerobics at the Tatura Pool
  • Hoop Dance
  • Qigong
  • MEAC Wednesday Walking Group
  • Let’s Move it
  • Mindful Hike

“Focusing on your own health and wellbeing is so important,” said Greater Shepparton City Council healthy communities officer, Carmen Nicholson.

“The free and low-cost fun activities running in February provide a great opportunity to get active and social at the same time.”
