Dear Editor,
It was interesting to read the report on no water and dry conditions in the Shepparton region, according to concerned local orchardists. These same orchardists should be asked and answer why every time predicted storms are about to hit the Shepparton area they turn on their hail guns to disperse the storm weather every time stopping any rain that could eventuate out of those weather fronts.
This has been going on for years not allowing the rain to fall, just to stop predicted hail that may or may not fall so what is the answer? Get rain or blow it away with hail guns.
