Footy Feud driving development and numeracy

AFL Goulburn Murray has secured a new partnership with Footy Feud, an Australian football themed-card game, which will help to drive development and numeracy in the league.

To kick off the partnership, all Seymour District Junior Football Netball League clubs will receive a pack of the game for their U10 and U12 teams to award as they see fit on a game between now and the end of the 2018 season.

AFL Goulburn Murray commercial and marketing officer, Tegan Fairley said the partnership is a great way to link footy and academic development.

“Footy Feud is taking the school world by storm at the moment,” Tegan said.

“By bringing together footy fun and numeracy skills, the game is a great way for children to engage in our great game whilst adding to their academic performance.”
