THE 2023 GMCU $25,500 shoppers’ competition has now commenced, so get shopping for your chance to win!
Shopping locally at participating retailers gives you a chance to win a share of a whopping $25,500. The extraordinarily popular competition, with shoppers required to spend just $10 or more at participating retailers, will have a bigger chance of winning this year with 42 valuable gift cards in all to be won.
SUPPORTED by the Goulburn Valley’s customer-owned bank, GMCU, the competition has been a huge success for not just winners over the years but participating businesses.
“GMCU are thrilled to once again be bringing this giveaway to the community. By shopping with local retailers, entrants are supporting our local economy garnering the chance to win one of 42 prizes,” said GMCU CEO Ged Smith.
Up for grabs at businesses throughout the region are:
- Six $500 GMCU debit card winners per week for five weeks, totalling 30 winners.
- Eight consolation $500 GMCU debit card.
- Three $500 GMCU debit card prizes for the businesses who receive the most entries.
- The grand prize of a $5000 GMCU debit card to one lucky winner, drawn on Monday July 31st. GMCU debit cards can be used at businesses participating in the giveaway.
“This is an exciting time of year, where people have a chance to win just by shopping in local stores they visit anyway. It only takes a $10 minimum purchase to enter, so everyone has a chance,” said Geoff Adams of The Adviser.
