On Sunday, April 27, one of the world’s largest marathons, will make its way through the UK capital. Starting at the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Greenwich and concluding at The Mall, right next to Buckingham Palace, this year’s event is set to see an astonishing 56,000 participants running the 26.2-mile (42.16 km) route.
