A PASSION to help others can drive communities and build relationships that last a lifetime. In the NDIS space, where care and compassion are the utmost, it takes a calling to truly empower people to live the life they choose.

For Tamara Hayes, founder and support coordinator of Positive Empowerment (PE), the passion for helping people in the community runs through her veins. PE coordinate NDIS plans for their participants, such as organising occupational therapy, physio and speech, etc. To ensure clientele utilise their plan so they can remain independent.

“One of my strengths within the business is consistent communication and listening to what help participants need. Sometimes in a big company you lose that personal touch. I really like that in my business I’m the one providing those services directly to the participant, I know what is going on and I can listen to what matters to them,” said Tamara.
